DIANE GLASS, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operations Officer for KoenigRubloff, Diane is responsible for delivering operational excellence that maximizes agent success. Glass has been with the company for 12 years and currentlyoversees the firm’s business development, information technology and agent development departments. She is widely respected as a thought leader on technology platforms, and has developed industry-leading training programs, while raising standards for agent support.

Previously, Diane was Director of Training and Education, Assistant Branch Executive and Technology Trainer. She has a wealth of expertise in agent development, training, operational skills and technology.

Diane resides in Chicago. She holds an M.A. degree in Education from National-Louis University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.

MARK PASQUESI, President of Brokerage

Mark Pasquesi is president of brokerage for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group and focuses his considerable energy and enthusiasm on agent experience and strategic expansion initiatives. Previously, Pasquesi served as vice president and managing broker for the Lake Forest, Highland Park and Libertyville offices. The Lake Forest office has the top market share in the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff area and is the No. 1 office in Lake County for luxury sales.

Pasquesi loves what he does and feels extremely fortunate to work with the best agents in the business. He uses excellent leadership and communication skills as well as his extensive knowledge of brokerage, transactions and licensing to help each individual agent achieve their full potential. After leaving the practice of law in 2000, Pasquesi began a successful residential real estate career utilizing his experience as an attorney and his extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market that only a life-long resident can enjoy.

An Evans Scholarship recipient, Pasquesi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the John Marshall Law School. He lives in Lake Forest with his wife Amy and their two young children.

Joe Stacy is senior vice president and general sales manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group. He is dedicated to leading agent sales coaching and professional sales success. Known as a prodigious agent growth coach, Stacy has successfully managed the city’s Michigan Avenue office and the west suburban Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Wheaton and Schaumburg offices. Over 30 years of expertise in residential real estate sales and management make him an incredible resource for agents looking to grow their personal business.

Stacy also leads the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation, KoenigRubloff’s philanthropic arm and their involvement with the Sunshine Kids.

Michael Pierson is the ultimate Chicago real estate success story. In two decades, his tireless work has led him to his current position as President of BHHS KoenigRubloff Realty Group, one of America’s top real estate companies. Michael Pierson began his career at Arthur Andersen & Company upon graduating from Purdue University. He then moved to IBM Corporation where he began a successful sales career. Upon entering real estate in 1985, he quickly became a top producer and soon became Broker/Owner of the prestigious and successful, Seery & Keim Realtors, which was acquired by GMAC in 2000. As Senior Vice President and Gold Coast Branch Manager of Koenig & Strey's Gold Coast office, he led the office growth to over $1 billion in annual sales, ranking them 2nd nationally in closed volume and Gross Commission Income (GCI). He was highly instrumental in securing the firm’s exclusive marketing agreement to represent one of Chicago's most prestigious buildings, 401 N Wabash. In 2005, Pierson was named Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager of Koenig & Strey, overseeing 17 locations and all branch office operations. In 2006, Pierson was named the MVP nationally at GMAC Real Estate. Pierson and Chris Eigel acquired Prudential Preferred Properties in 2007 and then successfully acquired the prestigious Rubloff firm in September of 2009. Pierson was hugely instrumental as President and Chairman, leading Prudential Rulboff to one of the top 35 firms nationally in the Real Trends Power Broker report. In 2013, Prudential Rubloff was acquired by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. That same year, Pierson was honored in the “Swanepoel Power 200”, an exclusive list showcasing the nation’s most powerful people in real estate. Then in April of 2014, the legendary firms of Rubloff and Koenig & Strey were merged to form Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group. Later that year, Pierson was named 'Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Executives' in the nation by Real Estate Executive magazine. Pierson currently serves as President of the Chicago area powerhouse with 1500 agents, thousands of closed units and over $3.5 billion in sales.  Michael enjoys his time with his two successful daughters Meghan and Meredith and his partner Kevin. He is an avid tennis player and reader. He is a huge fan of modern architecture.
